Vermont and Hizmet Relief distributed meat packages to more than 100 families in remembrance of the Abrahamic tradition, Feast of the Sacrifice.

Each food package contained enough meat to help a family of three to five people. Around ten volunteers from local communities were able to distribute the donation. “This particular food drive is becoming a tradition in Vermont, and it is increasing in volume every year. “We are already planning next year’s drive of a larger scale and more collaboration with the other local organizations” said a volunteer from TCC Vermont.
